High Duty Cycle Design
Built around a 7.5 kg aluminium heatsink cooled by three temperature-controlled fans with stepless PIC-based speed control. Tested at 1 kW continuous for 30+ minutes without reaching thermal cut-out — ideal for EME, meteor scatter, FSK, and contesting on 50 MHz.
Advanced Preamp Integration
Built-in sequencer and Bias-T feed for masthead preamplifiers. Supply voltage 12 V with manually adjustable sequencing delay. Correctly sequences an external preamplifier automatically on every QSO.
Quiet, Intelligent Cooling
Fans run only when needed, with stepless temperature-proportional speed control via an on-board PIC controller. Changeover relays are equally quiet — unobtrusive in any shack environment.
Protection & Monitoring
Fully protected against overdrive, high SWR, and over-temperature. Analogue RF power output meter on the front panel. Worldwide mains operation — note: slightly reduced output at 115 V.
